How to Form an Alaska LLC or Corporation
The process of filing or forming an Alaska LLC is well defined and we have some good information to get your started. The first item that you'll need to have is a name for your entity.

Alaska is a business friendly state, and in general a good place to register and form an LLC. Next you'll need find a name that is unique, available, and meets the state naming requirements. Incorporate in Alaska
Similar to the LLC above, one of the first things that you will need to have, is a name for your LLC. An incorporated name must contain "corporation", "company", "incorporation", or "limited", or an abbreviation, as part of its name. Next you will need to have a registered agent and RA address, disclosure of corporate purpose, share information, and the signature of the incorporators. Once you have the appropriate forms completed you can submit to the Secretary of State and pay the appropriate fees.
